1. Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it promptly at no extra cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.
